Gympie Big Cat Spoor ??

A Gympie resident has found what he believes might be spoor from a large cat and not a large dog.The prints measure 14.5 cm long and 13 cm wide.

The statement that canid and felid spoor can be distinguised by the claws is half right.The second half is the need to see the rear plantar lobe to see if the 3 curves that cats have are there.

I have a 50kg German shepherd..and sometimes..when walking through mud, he has left some spoor which showed no claws ..
